This Healthcare Provider Course is designed to teach Basic Life Support to Healthcare professionals.It is ideally suited for Doctors, Nurses, Dentists, Dental Nurses, Pharmacists and Paramedics It is a comprehensive CPR course designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages (Adult, Child, and Infant) including ventilation with a barrier device, a pocket face-mask, a bag valve mask device and oxygen. It also teaches the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) and relief of foreign body airway obstruction.
The course is multimedia based with practical instruction from Certified Irish Heart Foundation Instructors.
Assessment: Skills assessment & multiple choice question paper
Certification: An Irish Heart Foundation, Certificate, valid for two years is awarded to successful participants on completion of practical & written assessments.
Venue: The ENTERPRISE CENTRE Castleblayney from 6pm to 10pm on the 12th June 2013
